The environment is less formal than many city-based schools and every employee is treated as an individual. Teaching salaries are above those offered by the maintained sector and all classroom teaching staff will be eligible to join the Scottish Teachers' Superannuation Scheme. Members of staff will qualify for fee remission which is means tested.
