Boarding School, Scotland - Lomond School

The tennis club at Lomond School prides itself on the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that encourages pupils to bridge age gap barriers and make friendships that nurture a social interest in tennis. In turn this offers the more competitive members a solid platform to spring from and excel.

Tennis is played as a through-school sport with boys' and girls' teams annually competing in national competitions.  Internal competitions are organised for the summer term and inter-house tennis continues to ignite an element of competition in even our most social members.  Lomond School hosts an annual mini-red tennis tournament for the primary players and ventures on school trips to Davis Cup ties and the Wimbledon Championships.
