Silent Auction T&Cs

1. Bidding Process

  • The silent auction will open at 12pm on Tuesday 22 March and close at 12pm (Lomond School Time) on Friday 4th April 2025.
  • Bidders may place bids on available items listed below
  1. 4 tickets to Tyler, The Creator : CHROMAKOPIA: THE WORLD TOUR – Saturday 31 May 2025
  2. 4 tickets to Billie Eilish: HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR – Tuesday 8 July 2025
Tickets come with complimentary parking, VIP entrance, access to Hydro Club lounges and premium seats.
  • Bidders may increase their bids at any time before the auction closes. The highest bid at the time the auction closes will be the winning bid. Please note, the top bid at the top of this page is for guidance only and not the live bid. The top bid will be updated daily or as and when a larger bid is received.

2. Auction Items

  • All auction items are donated and described as above. Descriptions are provided for general informational purposes only, and no guarantee is made regarding the condition, authenticity, or quality of the items.
  • Items will be sold as-is. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

3. Bidder Responsibility

  • Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bids are accurate and legible.
  • All bids are binding. If a bidder is the highest bidder at the time the auction closes, they agree to pay the full amount of their bid.

4. Auction Closing

  • The auction will close promptly at 12pm (Lomond School Time) on Friday 4th April and no bids will be accepted after this time.
  • If two or more bids are tied, the auction organiser will determine the winner using a tie-breaking method (such as drawing from a pool of tied bidders or allowing a final bidding period).

5. Payment

  • Winning bidders will be notified by at the close of the auction.
  • Payment must be made within one week of the auction closing, either by bank transfer to the school.
  • Failure to pay within the required time frame may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder.

6. Transfer of Property

  • Ownership of an auction item will transfer to the winning bidder once payment is received and processed.
  • The tickets must be collected in person from the school and will not be posted.

7. Cancellation or Modification

  • The auction organisers reserve the right to cancel, extend, or modify the auction or any item in the auction at any time, with or without notice.

8. Liability

  • By participating in this auction, bidders agree to release the auction organisers, their affiliates, and volunteers from any and all liability related to participation in the auction, including the receipt and use of auction items.
  • Auction items may not be used for illegal or commercial purposes.
