This month in HFT was a total Game Changer for our Senior 3’s. They have been learning about game meat as part of the Taste of Game and Game Changer Project which has been successful in introducing game to more than 14,000 pupils across the UK so far.
The project, which launched in June 2017, aims to teach 60,000 students how to cook game by 2020.
Our Senior 3 pupils bravely took on the challenge to prepare and cook pheasants with the help of local F&B Director and friend of the school, Johnny Aitken. Thanks to Chef Johnny for a fascinating lesson!
